Trying Something New... Kind of!

Been lurking on some designer toy blogs and forums lately and decided I missed the old days of doing resin garage kits... So, I decided to jump right in! I'm going to create some designer resin toys... 

I just cast up a few resin body blanks that I plan on using basically as armatures to modify and detail with epoxy putty, for the resin toy figures I’m producing.

This skull faced figure, I’m calling ‘Grim’. He’s pretty much the Grim Reaper in grade school and he’s one of two pieces I’m currently working on.

By the way, anyone know of a good tutorial for putting articulation into resin figures? I’m especially curious about using magnets… One of my figures would benefit greatly from having articulated arms!
